IT and business professional with 25 years IT experience – the last 20 of which have been focused on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Business Intelligence.
Extensive knowledge and experience in a wide range of disciplines encompassing high level strategic planning, project management and business analysis, to low level systems analysis and design, development, implementation and change management.
Extensive exposure to the MESA model. Responsibilities have included regional SAP MII implementations & MES development across multiple sites. Extensive Process Historian knowledge. (OSI PI and Proficy) Development work has mostly been focused on the horizontal and vertical information integration in the manufacturing environment utilising SAP MII. Responsible for the design, development and regional rollout of a Real Time Costing solution as part of a variable cost reduction programme.

Currently projects include the piloting and operationalization of predictive models into manufacturing operations in order to facilitate process and quality improvements.
