The Sappi Industry 4.0 journey – A simple guide to getting started, the lessons learned along the way, and ultimately the success factors.  At the end of 2016 we were approached by the business to implement Industry 4.0 on our factory floor.  This presentation describes our challenges, the options available to us, and the many lessons we learned along the way to achieving a successful outcome.  Ultimately, it has defined a methodology for us to use in future Industry 4.0 initiatives.
