Since 2013, Casne Engineering has been supporting BNSF with implementation and configuration of the OSIsoft PI system. Today Casne provides full-spectrum Engineering Service Desk (ESD) support. This includes incident response on a 24x7x365 basis and cloud-based support with ServiceNow™. There is a 1-hour Service Level Agreement for this critical application.

In this presentation, we will share a combination of systemic approaches and operational stories highlighting BNSF's successful management of critical operating infrastructure using the OSIsoft PI system.
