Technical Support Manager
Sarah has Joined OSIsoft at the same year of her graduation back in 2011, where she has received her BSc in Electronics Engineering from University of Bahrain. When she joined OSIsoft as Customer Support Engineer, Sarah has Supported a great number of significant customers in the region with different industries through technical support, Field Services and Providing Trainings. She Contributed to build the system architecture assuring system functionality with and compatibility with end customer requirements. Currently Sarah is filling Regional Service Lead role for middle east and Africa, where she still provides a high level of support to the customers as the same time managing services regionally, assuring the services flow and quality delivered.
